Netline, a leading defense technology company based in Azrieli Towers, Tel Aviv, is seeking a Sales Manager for the Latin America (LATAM) region.
Job Description:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and commercial channels in the Latin America region.
- Business Expansion: Identify and establish new business opportunities, including selecting and managing new commercial channels.
- Sales and Deal Execution: Drive sales and commercial transactions in relevant markets, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Professional Presentations: Deliver professional presentations to clients, leading operational and technical discussions.
- Price Quotations: Prepare detailed price quotations and technical proposals tailored to client specifications.
- Demonstrations Management: Coordinate and oversee professional demonstrations for clients.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams within the company.
- International Travel: This role involves frequent international travel.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the defense and security sectors.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in managing international client accounts, with a significant advantage for experience in Latin America region.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of the commercial landscape in defense, security, and homeland security sectors.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Expertise: Solid technical background with the capability to learn new technologies; an engineering degree is an advantage.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces simultaneously.
- Dynamic Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, including the ability to lead operational and technical discussions with clients.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively abroad.
- English Proficiency: High-level proficiency in English, including skills in technical writing and contract preparation.
- Spanish: High-level proficiency in Spanish
- Additional Languages: Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Security Clearance: Holding a “Secret” security clearance or higher is an advantage.
