We at Netline, a high-tech security company based in Azrieli Towers Tel Aviv, are looking for an office manager for the reception position. The position includes providing ongoing administrative support to a variety of interfaces in the company.

Job description:
- Responsibility for the reception desk (at the entrance to the company)
- Providing service to the company’s employees
- Calendar management: senior management + meeting rooms
- Responsible for ordering office equipment, local deliveries, answering phones
- Logistical responsibility for the company’s cafeteria
- Responsible for hosting company’s guests (customers, suppliers, candidates)
- In charge of parking arrangements, cell phones, business trips abroad
- Administrative support to a variety of interfaces in the organization
- Provide support to human resources manager including assistance with welfare events and employees’ gifts
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
- Willingness to work full time + overtime
- Experience with office software: Word, Excell and Outlook
- English at a very good level – speaking, reading and writing
