Integration & Automation Group Manager

 

Job Description:

This role combines technical leadership, multidisciplinary system integration, automation development, and hands-on problem solving in complex RF-based environments. The position includes managing several engineering teams and leading critical integration, validation, and delivery activities for advanced operational systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing Integration and ATE engineering teams 
  • Driving integration and validation of complex multidisciplinary systems 
  • Leading troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system-level investigations 
  • Designing and developing automated testing and calibration solutions 
  • Planning and executing regression, validation, and performance-testing processes 
  • Conducting POCs, field trials, and operational system evaluations 
  • Collaborating closely with hardware, software, manufacturing, and operations teams 
  • Supporting products throughout the full lifecycle — from development to delivery

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams — mandatory 
  • 8+ years of experience in integration and testing of multidisciplinary systems — mandatory 
  • Deep understanding of RF systems, transmission/reception chains, and calibration processes — mandatory 
  • Hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment — mandatory 
  • Experience testing analog and digital electronic boards — mandatory 
  • Proven experience developing automated test solutions — mandatory 
  • Experience supporting products from development to manufacturing and delivery — mandatory 
  • Experience with Python — advantage 
  • Experience with LabVIEW — advantage 
  • Active security clearance — advantage 
  • Background in elite military technology units — advantage
