Netline is looking for a Final Test Team Leader for electrical testing.

Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the Final Test team.
Perform electrical testing of RF-based systems and electronic boards.
Conduct fault analysis.
Participate in demonstrations.
Provide technical support for the company’s products.
Job Requirements:
Electronics / RF Practical Engineer or Technician.
Experience in RF and with test equipment (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope).
3–5 years of experience in electrical testing of RF-based systems and electronic boards, including fault analysis.
Ability to troubleshoot at assembly and component level.
3 years of team management experience.
Good English, including conversational skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
Experience as a communications / electronics technician in the IDF (2nd / 4th echelon maintenance) — significant advantage.
Background in defense companies — significant advantage.
