Netline, a leading defense technology company based in Azrieli Towers, Tel Aviv, is seeking for an IT Helpdesk Support to join our IT team.
Job Description:
- Provide technical support to users in Israel and abroad.
- Handle hardware, software, networking, and cloud environments.
- Set up systems and workstations for new users.
- Manage virtual and cloud servers.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or similar role.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), Windows OS (Servers/Workstations), Microsoft 365.
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Experience with enterprise network printers and virtualization (VMware vSphere/ESXi).
- Familiarity with Azure, Entra ID, Intune, EDR (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint).
- Experience with network switches (Dell, Cisco, Aruba) and firewalls (FortiGate).
- Strong service orientation, teamwork, and high-level English proficiency
